Keep Liberty in Arlington!

Reclining Liberty has graced the museum’s front lawn since July 2023, quickly becoming a beloved, iconic landmark in Arlington. Since then, the sculpture has generously been on loan from artist Zaq Landsberg and we want to keep it in Arlington!

Help MoCA Arlington raise funds by July 2026 to officially acquire Reclining Liberty and keep its place as a monument in the National Capital Region in celebration of the 250th anniversary of the United States. Donors to the Keep Liberty in Arlington campaign will receive special artist-designed acknowledgments, such as pins, t-shirts, and prints!

Special programs will be scheduled to help us keep the momentum going and celebrate the semiquincentennial of the United States with Reclining Liberty as our inspiration!
