Mindful Drawing + Yoga Workshop

Sunday / November 8 / 3PM - 4:30PM

Join artist, Lindsay Mueller, and yoga instructor, Chelsea Estevez, for an afternoon of creativity combining yoga and drawing!

Begin with a meditation, followed by an unsighted contour drawing , to build on any visualizations. Then, move through a gentle restorative flow and finish off the afternoon with guided expressive drawing.
