Wellness Wednesdays @ the Innovation Studio: Sound Bath

5th Wednesdays / 6:30pm-7:30pm / Innovation Studio

Hosted on the 5th Wednesday of each month, this Sound Bath event is part of the Wellness Wednesdays series at the Innovation Studio + Store. Relaxing and chill, Emma Olmedo, an experienced facilitator and sound healer, will use a variety of sound instruments, including chimes, crystal quartz, and tibetan sound bowls, to bathe you in beautiful sounds as you lay or sit comfortably through the event.

No prior experience required. Dress comfortably (and for warmth). Bring a yoga mat, blanket, and a journal for the option to reflect creatively at the end.

5th Wednesdays at 6:30pm:

  • April 30
  • July 30
  • October 29

Registration Required. No late entry, please.

Emma Olmedo, Sound Healer & Energy Practitioner

ABOUT — Emma Olmedo is a dedicated sound healer and energy practitioner with over a decade of experience in the healing arts. Her journey began at 13 with drum circles and singing bowls, eventually evolving into a deep exploration of vibrational healing through crystal sound bowls, Reiki, and guided meditation. Drawing from her background in shamanic practices, chakra work, and ceremonial sound, Emma creates immersive sound experiences that facilitate deep energetic release, nervous system regulation, and profound transformation. Through her work, she helps individuals attune to their inner harmony, clear stagnant energy, and embody their highest vibrational state.

Catch the vibe of wellness. Each week of Wellness Wednesdays @ the Innovation Studio has a different focus:
