Yoga: Free Your Mind

1st Wednesdays/ April 2, May 7, June 4 / 10am-11am

Our thoughts are with our community members who may have recently lost their jobs or suffered other losses.

Join us for a free restorative and revitalizing yoga practice amongst the Louis Comfort Tiffany Stained Glass windows at the Museum of Contemporary Art Arlington. Find solace and inspiration with the art that surrounds us.

Thanks to our friends at Rossana, registered participants will also receive a complementary cold brew coffee or small drip coffee from their coffee truck in the Museum’s parking lot. Redeemable before or after class from 7am to 12pm.

1st Wednesdays, 10am-11am:

  • April 2
  • May 7
  • June 4

First come, first served. Registration Required.
