Sound Bath in the Tiffany Gallery
Join us for this lovely and relaxing event: a sound bath in the wondrous Tiffany Gallery.
Emme Day will use a variety of sound instruments, including chimes, crystal quartz, and Tibetan sound bowls, to bathe you in beautiful sounds as you lay comfortably on a yoga mat.
This will take place in the Tiffany Gallery, which hosts a wall of original Louis Comfort Tiffany stained glass windows that glow brilliantly in the afternoon light. Tea will be served after as an invitation to stay and linger.
No prior experience required. $22 to attend.
Bring your own yoga mat, a blanket, and a journal for time to creatively reflect at the end.
