IN-PERSON WORKSHOP / Sunday, December 7

Holiday Workshop: Festive Wycinanki Paper Cuts

Celebrate the season with color, pattern, and tradition in this hands-on paper art workshop inspired by Wycinanki, the intricate folk art of Polish paper cutting. Participants will explore the history and symbolism of Wycinanki, known for its vibrant layers, symmetrical designs, and joyful motifs inspired by nature and rural life. In this special holiday workshop, you’ll learn traditional cutting and layering techniques to create your own festive designs. Incorporating snowflakes, trees, ornaments, and winter animals, participants will design and cut their own decorative Wycinanki-style artwork perfect for framing, gifting, or adding handmade warmth to your holiday décor.
