Drawing & Illustration Exploration (Ages 8-10)

Become immersed in the amazing art practices of artists creating drawings and illustrations in the art world now. Hone your drawing and illustration skills through a variety of techniques including mark making, value, shading and line weight. Each project will focus on a new technique and take inspiration for a different contemporary artist or illustrator, in order to create your own contemporary masterpiece.

  • **No class on 11/1 and week of Thanksgiving**
  • Supplies are included in the cost of this class.
  • This is an in-person class that will be held onsite at MoCA Arlington.
  • Health & Safety: The health & safety of our students is very important to us. Fun for the whole family! No Experience Required offers playful art making activities for children (and their curious adults) every Sunday morning. There will be collaborative, community-built art works, and opportunities to “make and take” works, too.
