Saturday Morning Comics and Cartoons (Ages 8-11)

Do you like watching cartoons? Ever want to learn how to make your own? In this session, students will do a series of fun and active drawing exercises to help them come up with their own cartoon characters and create their own stories. We will read comic books, draw from our own experiences, and get inspired to create our own original comic book characters and stories.

  • This is an in-person class that will be held in a large studio space where students will be properly distanced.
  • Supplies are included in the cost of this course.
  • Students and instructors are required to wear masks covering their nose and mouth at all times
  • Temperatures will be checked upon arrival and students will be asked to use hand sanitizer before joining class.
  • Advance registration is required.
