ONLINE CLASS / Wednesdays, October 7 - November 4 / 4:30-6:00pm

Book Illustration Exploration: Ages 8-10

Put illustration techniques, creative interpretation, design, and draftsmanship into practice by creating innovative illustrations influenced by fiction, non-fiction, and poetry. Inspired by the works of historical and contemporary illustrators, students will work with various mediums to communicate ideas and develop their own artistic voice through illustration. Create paintings, drawings, and mixed-media collages using the vocabulary and techniques of illustrators, and even illustrate your own short story or poem.
