Drawing People: Ages 8-10

Want to learn to draw people? During this eight-week course we will explore the human figure, learning how to draw proportional bodies and render faces, among other challenges. Students will engage in exercises that will encourage them to rethink how they approach drawing people and figures. Activities will include capturing bodies in motion, drawing faces, and even challenging our imagination with figures that go beyond the real, such as composite creatures (half human, half animal!).
