Painted Paper Collage

Painted paper collage is increasingly popular, with many successful artists and illustrators working in this medium. In this four-session course, you will explore the techniques and styles of painted paper collage artists as you make your own original collages. Students will get the chance to develop their own signature style while subjects can range from the figurative—including animals, botanicals, landscapes, and architecture—to the abstract. Students will walk away with several frame-worthy collages by the course’s end.
