Wonderful Watercolor

The fluidity of watercolor is unlike any other painting medium and its handling is just as distinct. During this eight-week, two-hour course, we will focus on color, value, and transparency, using watercolor pans, tubes, and even specially designed brushes. We will explore color theory and relationships as we develop a watercolor value scale. From there, our projects will become more representational as we develop our observational skills and watercolor technique working from still lifes and photographs.
